Ranjit Kalita holds a master degree in Environmental Science and M.Phil in Ecology & Environmental Science is Head of Operations at Green Initiatives. He has a total experience of more than 12 years in the field of environment studies and natural resource management in India and abroad. His area of expertise include natural resource management, Environmental Impact Assessment, Greenhouse gas inventory, climate change, Environmental Due Diligence, Environmental Audit, Environmental Monitoring, Fire Risk Assessment, Qualitative Risk Assessment etc. He has worked in various developmental and industrial projects spanning over the years. He has worked in projects for thermal power generation, oil and gas exploration, industrial projects, infrastructure projects, community development projects (watershed development), sustainable agriculture etc. He has worked across India and UAE and also handled Environmental/safety projects in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.

Mr. Pronob Jyoti Borah holds an M.Sc & M.Phil degree in Environmental Science and has a rich experience of more than13 years in the field of environmental conservation. His area of expertise include water quality assessment, biodiversity and others. He has worked in UNICEF sponsored project
Safe Water Source Delineation through GIS-MIS Integrated Information System and Allied Activities” at Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Guwahati in Assam and WWF for wetland biodiversity projects in Arunachal Pradesh. He is currently serving as Consultant for groundwater quality monitoring in various parts of Assam. He is also experienced in GIS based software ARC-GIS. His work include several publications on water quality in reputed journals.

Dr. Lalit Saikia has an MSc in Environmental Science (Tezpur University) and a PhD in Civil Engineering FROM Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati. At present, he is an Assistant Professor in University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM). His PhD research work was on flood & bank erosion problem of the Brahmaputra river in Assam. He qualified GATE in Chemistry, UGC NET in Environmental Science and Joint CSIR-UGC NET in Earth Sciences. Besides research & teaching experience for more than 10 years, Dr. Saikia has experience in UNICEF consultancy projects focusing on hazard management, water quality and sanitation. His other areas of interest include environmental chemistry, fluvial geomorphology, climate change impacts and sustainable development. He has credit of research papers in reputed journals, international & national conference proceedings and chapters in edited book volumes by publishers like Oxford University Press, Springer, IUCN etc.
